Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager​


The Social Media Manager is responsible for execution, analysis, and optimization of social media strategy for Belly Bandit and Proof. Manages scheduling, posting, planning, and reporting for all organic social channels. Acts as liaison with paid social teams to amplify organic efforts. Is the subject-matter expert for organic social performance; new and existing platform recommendations; and strategy optimization. Conducts organic outreach to influencers and brands for content creation and awareness-building campaigns. Develops and manages giveaways and other social initiatives. Supports the Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Brand and Content Strategy in developing and executing brand marketing campaigns across organic social channels.


  • Schedule, publish, and manage social content across Belly Bandit and Proof channels
  • Grow and manage our organic social communities
  • Write social copy for both brands’ organic channels as needed
  • Own reporting and goal-setting for organic social channels
  • Continuously analyze performance on social and deliver digestible, actionable feedback
  • Share ongoing strategic recommendations on social platforms and updates based on trends in social listening, the competitive landscape, platform updates, etc
  • Create performance reports that present actionable insights
  • Oversee process for collecting, storing, and utilizing influencer content for social channels
  • Work closely and collaboratively across content, creative, paid, and other internal teams to champion fully integrated, social-first ideas
  • Collaborate with Chief Marketing Officer and Director or Brand and Content Strategy in concepting, developing, and executing brand marketing campaigns

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in social media & Influencer marketing- preferably in the CPG
  • Deep familiarity with established & emerging social channels
  • Ability to execute, measure, and optimize social strategies across key channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and Twitter
  • Strong understanding of analytics, with the ability to generate and present reports
  • Creative thinker with passion for developing and executing big ideas
  • Tireless attention to detail with relentlessly high standards
  • Able to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
